Delta holds 23% of the bathroom sink faucet category at Home Depot, Lowe's, and Menards as of July 2024 — yet Moen's Genta Single Handle in Matte Black at $120 is the single best-selling SKU at 1.4% dollar share. Moen sits second at 20%, and Glacier Bay third at 15% with three of the top five SKUs priced between $27 and $40. The category is one of the most stable in plumbing, with no brand moving more than a point all quarter.
Glacier Bay holds three of the top five SKUs: the Builders in Chrome at $35 (1.2%), the Builders in Brushed Nickel at $40 (1.2%), and the Constructor in Chrome at $27 (1.1%). All three are 4 in. centerset double-handle designs — the most common bathroom faucet format — at prices a third to a quarter of Moen's top seller.
At 15% overall share, Glacier Bay generates volume on units, not ASP. Its top three SKUs average $34 — every Glacier Bay sale needs roughly three-and-a-half units to match one Moen sale in dollar terms.
Between Glacier Bay's value tier and Moen's premium, four brands compete in the $50 to $120 range. Pfister holds 14%, Allen + Roth 9%, Kohler 8%. Allen + Roth's Harlow Matte Black at $81 (1.1%) is the only mid-tier SKU in the top five.
None moved meaningfully. Pfister held at 14% every month. Allen + Roth stayed at 9%. Kohler ticked from 7% to 8%. The competitive structure looks the same in July as it did in May.
Bathroom sink faucets may be the most stable category at Home Depot, Lowe's, and Menards: six brands held within a point of their starting position across three months. Delta at 23%, Moen at 20%, Glacier Bay at 15%, Pfister at 14% — the same every month.
Datavations tracks every SKU, every store, every sale across 11,936+ locations daily — the precision that confirms category stability is real and not an artifact of incomplete data.
Delta leads with 23% dollar share as of July 2024. Moen is second at 20%, Glacier Bay third at 15%, and Pfister fourth at 14%.
Moen's Genta Single Handle Single Hole faucet in Matte Black leads all individual SKUs at 1.4% dollar share with an ASP of $120, despite Moen trailing Delta in overall brand share.
Extremely stable. No brand moved more than a point between May and July 2024. The top six brands maintained virtually identical share positions across all three months.
